Whatever the reason, you might prefer to explore the option of online personal training. I've got a few options that might suit you, if "in-person" training isn't your favourite fit.
Fully structured, periodised workout plan
If you're confident in the exercises and just want a systematic plan detailing which exercises to perform, what order to do them in, rep and set ranges, rest periods and how best to periodise them, this is the best option for you. I provide plans personally tailored to you. All I'll need is a quick discussion with yourself and you can leave the rest to me. These are priced on phases, a one phase plan will cost £20, a two phase plan will cost £30 and a three phase plan will cost £40.
Fitness plan and nutritional guide
This option includes all of the above, with a nutritional, macro based guide tailored to you, depending on your individual goals. These are also based on phases and, in addition to the cost of the plan, are priced at £5, £10 and £15.
Online checkins
For £10 an hour, you can decide whether you would like to check in with me on a daily, weekly, monthly or even bi-monthly basis to discuss how your training and nutrition are going and what the best next steps are. I can also help with overcoming plateaus and any other concerns you might have. These check ins can be done via phone calls, video calls or even text messages; whichever works best for you.
Zoom, Skye or Google Meets training sessions
If you would like all the benefits of having a Personal Trainer, without training together in person, this would suit you perfectly. I can help you perfect form, offer motivation and guide you through a workout via video calls. This is a fantastic, effective form of PTing for those who are keen to improve technique, add intensity and accountability to sessions but without undertaking face to face personal training. These cost £20 per hour session, but discounts apply if you want to book in bulks of 10.
