The term "weight loss" can be a controversial one. Numbers on a scale definitely don't tell the whole story but if you would like to reduce body fat, I can certainly help with that. You may even gain a little muscle along the way!
Gaining muscle
Whether you're looking to fill out t shirts or simply "tone up" for a holiday, they'll both require some level of muscle definition. I can help you add some metabolism boosting, health improving, muscle to your frame.
Improving performance
Health and fitness isn't all about aesthetics. You might want to achieve your first push up, or bench press your body weight. Whatever your performance ambitions, I can set you up for success.
Introduction to resistance training
Gyms can be intimidating places. I've trained many people for whom their sole aim was to achieve a basic understanding of the exercises needed to go to the gym without feeling self conscious.
